What these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at roikeep.com (the "Site"). ROIkeep is a product of Silverthread Labs ("we", "us", "our"), which publishes its wider work at silverthreadlabs.com.

These terms are about the website, not about the software. If you become a customer, the ROIkeep software is provided under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the service, what it costs, and what each side commits to. Nothing on this page forms part of that agreement, and nothing on this Site is an offer capable of acceptance.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

Acceptance

By accessing the Site, browsing it, or sending us a message through it, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Using the Site

The Site exists to explain what ROIkeep is, what it costs, and how to reach us. You may read it, link to it, and contact us through it.

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that breaks an applicable law.
Introduce malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Site or the people using it.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any connected system.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Impersonate ROIkeep, Silverthread Labs, or anyone working for either.
Interfere with anyone else's use of the Site.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site, in whole or in part, without notice.

Intellectual property

Our content

The text, graphics, layout, logos, product names, and other material published on roikeep.com belong to Silverthread Labs or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works from it without our written permission. Quoting a limited extract for commentary, criticism, or education is permitted provided you attribute it.

"ROIkeep" and "Silverthread Labs" are names we use in trade. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to use either.

What you send us

If you send us a message through the Site, you keep ownership of what you wrote. By sending it, you give us permission to read it, act on it, and refer to it for the sole purpose of responding to you. We will not use it for marketing without asking you first.

Do not send us confidential information through the contact form. It is a general enquiry channel, not a secure one, and no confidentiality obligation arises from your using it.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, and we may change, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.

Descriptions of the ROIkeep software on this Site are provided for information. They describe the product as it stands and are not a warranty, a specification, or a commitment about future functionality. Prices shown are current at the time of publication and may change. Where a price is described as a starting figure or as quoted, the final figure is the one given to you in writing.

Third-party links and embedded services

The Site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party services, including a booking calendar provided by Cal.com. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Using them takes you outside our Site and you do so at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, that the Site will be available uninterrupted, free of errors, or free of security vulnerabilities, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, and lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions do not permit some of these limitations, in which case they may not apply to you in full.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, the legal basis for each use, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing here removes a right you have under the mandatory law of that country.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.
