[ A service. One-time work, quoted per job. ]
Done-for-you migration
We move your existing data into ROIkeep. You send files and review previews. You never touch the migration.
ROIkeep migrates your existing data for you: send what you have, we study it, map it, and hand back a running system. The work starts at $500, quoted after we study the data, with no cap. The self-serve importers are free on every plan.

Who does what
[ What we do ]
- We study the data before quoting, so the quote reflects the actual job.
- We perform the mapping and the import.
- We hand back a running system with your data in it.
[ What you do ]
- You send what you have: spreadsheets, board exports, ticket history, and a password manager export.
- You review previews and approve what will be created. Sending files and reviewing previews is the whole of your part.
[ Handover points ]
[ You send ]
Intake
You send the files: whatever exists among spreadsheets, board exports, ticket history, and a password manager export.
[ We send ]
Quote
We send the quote, produced after we study the data. Nothing is quoted before the data has been studied.
[ We send, you approve ]
Preview approval
We send previews of exactly what will be created, before anything is written. You review them and approve what will be created.
[ We hand over ]
Handover
We hand back a running system with your data in it. Billing starts here, not before.
[ Mechanisms ]
What makes the work checkable
- Preview before anything is written
The Bitwarden import shows exactly what will be created before anything is written, and you approve it before the import runs. You choose per collection whether to create a new vault, merge into an existing one, or skip. It lands as one change or not at all.
See the credentials vault- Assignees on project and ticket imports
Project and ticket bulk imports match assignee names in the file to real members of the workspace.
See tickets in Command and Control- Re-running a lead import
The CSV lead import can be re-run without creating duplicates.
See outreach campaigns in Lead Central
[ Boundaries ]
What the service does not cover
- What the Bitwarden import does not carry
The Bitwarden import does not carry cards, identities, SSH keys, custom fields, TOTP seeds, or attachments. Unsupported items and fields are reported by the importer, with a reason. Encrypted exports are refused.
- Undoing an import
There is no undo on an import.
- Who can run a bulk import
Project and ticket bulk import is limited to admin and owner roles.
[ The free route ]
The self-serve importers
If you would rather not pay for the service, the self-serve importers are free on every plan. Both routes are legitimate and both produce a customer.
The self-serve importers accept files in our own JSON format. A raw export from another board needs reshaping first, and that reshaping is exactly what the paid service is for.
[ Price and terms ]
What it costs
Starts at $500, quoted after we study the data.
The work is quoted per job, after we study the data, so the quote reflects the actual job.
A small dataset is quoted near the floor. Years of accumulated history are quoted like the larger project they are. There is no cap.
- Billing start
- For a customer who bought migration, the subscription billing cycle starts when migration is complete. You have no access to the product while migration is in progress, and you are not billed for that period. Plan figures and plan terms are at pricing.
- Walk-away window
- On Essential and Private the 30 day walk-away window also starts when migration is complete.
- The migration charge
- The migration charge pays for work already performed and is never refunded, including inside the 30 day window.
- On Custom
- On Custom the equivalent term is set in the quote.
Migration is a service and it is available on every plan: Essential, Private, and Custom.
You send what you have. We study the data and quote the job.
